Our shoes are manufactured in Vietnam under fair working conditions. It’s important to us that everyone involved with Feelgrounds – from the skilled craftsmen in production to our support team and warehouse staff – is treated fairly.

All of our production employees in Vietnam are adults and are provided with social, health, and accident insurance. Their wages exceed the regional average, and they enjoy additional benefits such as free lunches and complimentary transportation to and from work.

Our main factory in Vietnam is BSCI-certified (Business Social Compliance Initiative). This program aims to improve social standards in global supply chains. Our second factory in Vietnam participates in the Better Work Vietnam program, a collaboration between the ILO (International Labour Organization) and IFC (International Finance Corporation), which ensures, among other things, fair working conditions.
