Didn’t receive an order confirmation email?Updated 3 days ago

Order confirmations are usually sent via email within a few minutes after checkout. If you haven’t received anything, here are a few steps to try first:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder

  • Make sure your inbox isn’t full or that incoming messages aren’t being blocked

In some cases, a small typo in the email address during checkout can prevent the confirmation from reaching you. If you still can’t find the confirmation after a short while, please reach out to our customer support using the contact form.

Important: To help us locate your order as quickly as possible, please include your full name, the shipping address you used at checkout, and – if possible – the email address used to place the order.
