Do I need arch support or orthopedical insoles?Updated 2 months ago
Healthy feet naturally have an arch. In most cases, we believe it is more beneficial to enhance the strength and function of your feet rather than relying on artificial support.
To prevent your feet from becoming "lazy" or dependent on insoles, we recommend strengthening their muscles through barefoot walking, wearing barefoot shoes, and performing targeted strengthening exercises.
However, as we are not familiar with your individual health condition, we advise consulting a medical professional, such as a podiatrist or physical therapist, if you are uncertain. They can help you make the best decisions for your foot health.
