We only sell brand-new and unworn products.
All of our items are in perfect condition, come in their original packaging, and go through a careful quality check before shipping. We’re committed to providing you with a high-quality shopping experience – from the product itself to the delivery process.

If we ever have B- or C-grade items (e.g. returns with minor flaws), we donate them selectively to charitable causes rather than reselling them.

Should we decide to offer selected B-grade items at a discounted price in the future, we’ll announce it on our website or through our newsletter.
