Orders can usually only be canceled within 15 minutes after they are placed. After this time, they are automatically transferred to our logistics system, and cancellation or changes are no longer possible.

If you would like to cancel your order within the 15-minute window, please email us immediately at [email protected] and make sure to include your order number (starting with FG) so that we can process your request quickly.

If cancellation is no longer possible after the 15 minutes, you have the following options:

• Refuse delivery upon arrival: The package will be returned to us automatically.

• Return within the withdrawl period: You can send the items back to us after receiving them within the return period.
