How can I change the address of an order I’ve already placed?Updated 4 days ago

It is generally not possible to change the shipping address, as we work with an automated order and shipping process. This ensures that your order is delivered quickly and reliably.

If you still wish to change the address, there are the following options:

Cancellation within 15 minutes after placing the order:
Orders can usually be canceled within 15 minutes after being placed. Please email us immediately at [email protected] and include your order number (starting with FG). Once the cancellation is successful, you can place a new order with the correct address.

Order already in shipping:
If the order has already entered our logistics system, we can no longer change the address. In this case, please contact the shipping carrier directly (e.g., DHL, DPD, GLS, FedEx) to update or redirect the delivery.

Please note: We cannot guarantee a successful address change or cancellation, but we will always do our best to assist you.
