How can I modify an order I’ve already placed?Updated 4 days ago
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to modify an order after it has been placed – this includes both adding and removing items.
Cancellation shortly after placing your order
In most cases, your order can still be canceled within 15 minutes after it has been placed.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected] and make sure to include your order number (starting with FG). Our support team will then check if cancellation is still possible.
After the 15-minute window
Once the 15 minutes have passed, your order is transferred to our logistics system. From that point on, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
In this case, you have two options:
Refuse delivery upon arrival – the package will automatically be returned to us
Return your order within the withdrawal period – you can send the items back after receiving them and will receive a refund
Please note: We cannot guarantee a successful cancellation within the 15-minute window, but we will always do our best to assist you.
