How can I modify an order I’ve already placed?Updated 3 days ago
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we’re not able to make any changes to it — that includes adding or removing items.
If you’d like to adjust your order, feel free to reach out to us through our contact form. Just make sure to include your order number (starts with #DE, #EU, or #US) so we can quickly locate it.
Our support team will check if it’s still possible to cancel the order. If so, we’ll issue a full refund, and you can simply place a new order with the correct items via our homepage.
We can’t always guarantee a cancellation, especially if the order is already being processed for shipping — but we’ll do our best to help!
