Feelgrounds Mesh & Mesh Kids:

To clean your Mesh models, first remove all loose dirt with a dry, soft shoe brush. If necessary, use lukewarm water and a mild cleaning solution  (e.g. our Cleansing Foam Eco). Wipe off any excess product with a damp cloth. Ensure the shoes dry at room temperature in a well-ventilated area after cleaning or if they get wet. Finish by lightly spraying the insides of your shoes with an odor-neutralizing spray (e.g. our Shoe Odor Eliminator Eco).

Stubborn stains can be best removed by machine washing. Please use a delicate cold cycle, mild detergent, and a laundry bag. Let the shoes air dry after washing. Keep in mind that frequent machine washing may lead to wear and tear on the colors and materials, so wash your Mesh models only as needed.

Feelgrounds Knit Line:

To clean your Knit models, first remove loose dirt with a dry, soft shoe brush. If necessary, use lukewarm water and a mild cleaning solution (e.g. our Cleansing Foam Eco). Wipe off any excess product with a damp cloth. Ensure the shoes dry at room temperature in a well-ventilated area after cleaning or if they get wet.

We recommend regularly refreshing the water-repellent properties of your Knit modelswith a waterproofing spray (e.g. our Waterproofing Spray Eco). For best results, treat the shoes before the first use. Finish by lightly spraying the inside of your shoes with an odor-neutralizing spray (e.g. our Shoe Odor Eliminator Eco).

Our Knit models are not machine washable, as this can affect its water-repellent properties and cause the upper material to lose its shape.

Feelgrounds Courtside Canvas & Docks:

To clean your Courtside Canvas and Docks, first remove loose dirt with a dry, soft shoe brush. If necessary, use lukewarm water and a mild cleaning solution (e.g. our Cleansing Foam Eco) with a clean brush. Wipe off any excess product with a damp cloth and let the shoes air dry at room temperature. Finish by lightly spraying the inside of your shoes with an odor-neutralizing spray (e.g. our Shoe Odor Eliminator Eco).

To maintain, protect, and refresh the faux leather application on the heel, use a faux leather care product (e.g. Shoe Faux Leather Care Eco).

Courtside Canvas and Docks models are not machine washable, as this could cause the upper material to lose its shape and may damage the faux leather applications on the heel and tongue.

To clean your Arcade Kids, first remove loose dirt with a dry, soft shoe brush. If necessary, use lukewarm water and a mild cleaning solution (e.g. our Cleansing Foam Eco) with a clean brush. To clean your Move sport shoes, first remove loose dirt with a dry, soft shoe brush. If necessary, use lukewarm water and a mild cleaning solution (e.g. our Cleansing Foam Eco) with a clean brush. Wipe off any excess product with a damp cloth and let the shoes air dry at room temperature.

For deeper stains, machine washing is recommended. Remove the insoles before washing. Use a gentle cycle (cold wash, low spin) with mild detergent and a laundry bag. After washing, absorb any excess moisture with a cloth and air dry the shoes. Frequent machine washing may cause wear on colors and materials, so only wash your Moves as often as necessary.

To prevent odors, we recommend removing and airing out the insoles after each wear. For additional freshness, you can use an odor-neutralizing spray  (e.g. Shoe Odor Eliminator Eco) on the insoles and inside your shoes.

Feelgrounds Luxe, Courtside Classic, Courtside Mid & Snap (Exceptions: Patrol Winter, Chelsea and Seaside Luxe/Bamboo models have different cleaning instructions):

Alternatively, you can use a water proofing spray (e.g. our Waterproofing Spray Eco). Finish by lightly spraying the inside with an odor neutralization spray (e.g. Shoe Odor Eliminator Eco) .

To maintain, protect, and refresh the color of the faux leather, use a faux leather care product (e.g. Shoe Faux Leather Care Eco). Alternatively, you can also use a waterproofing spray (e.g. our Waterproofing Spray Eco), especially for the elastic ankle area. For best performance, we recommend spraying them before the first wear. Finish by lightly spraying the inside of your shoes with an odor-neutralizing spray (e.g. Shoe Odor Eliminator Eco).

Chelsea models are not machine washable.

To clean your Patrol Winter, first remove loose dirt with a dry, soft shoe brush. If necessary, use lukewarm water and a mild cleaning solution (e.g. our Cleansing Foam Eco). Wipe off any excess product with a damp cloth. Ensure the shoes dry at room temperature in a well-ventilated area after cleaning or if they get wet. 

Avoid direct heat sources like heaters, as these can cause the faux leather to become brittle. For long-term storage, keep the boots in a well-ventilated, sun-protected area.

To maintain, protect, and refresh the color of the faux leather, use a faux leather care product (e.g. Shoe Faux Leather Care Eco). Finish your care routine by lightly spraying the inside of your boots with an odor-neutralizing spray (e.g. Shoe Odor Eliminator Eco).

Patrol Winter is not machine washable.

To clean the cotton straps of your Seaside Twill, use a soft brush, water, and a mild cleaning solution (e.g. our Cleansing Foam Eco). For the sole, we recommend a soft, dry brush to remove loose dirt. Finish by lightly spraying the sandals with an odor-neutralizing spray (e.g. Shoe Odor Eliminator Eco) to prevent and remove odors.

Seaside Twill is not machine washable.

Note: Cork is a natural material and may change color when exposed to moisture. Discoloration over time, for example from sweat, is completely normal. These sandals are not suitable for sports or for use in water.

Feelgrounds Seaside Luxe & Seaside Bamboo:

To clean the straps of your faux leather Seaside sandals, use a soft brush, some water, and a mild cleaning solution (e.g. our Cleansing Foam Eco). For the sole, we recommend a soft, dry brush to remove loose dirt. Finish by applying a light layer of odor-neutralizing spray (e.g. Shoe Odor Eliminator Eco) to prevent and eliminate potential odors.

After cleaning, or whenever your shoes get wet, ensure they dry well-ventilated at room temperature. Avoid drying near or on a heater, as this can make the faux leather brittle. For prolonged storage, it's best to store your shoes in a well-ventilated, sun-protected area. 

To maintain, protect, and refresh the color of the faux leather straps, you can use a faux leather care (e.g. Shoe Faux Leather Care Eco). 

All Seasides models are not machine washable.

To clean your Pathway sandals, use water and a mild cleaning solution (e.g. our Cleansing Foam Eco). After cleaning, absorb any excess moisture with a cloth. Allow them to air dry in a well-ventilated area, away from direct heat or sunlight. If desired, finish with a light spritz of odor-neutralizing spray (e.g. Shoe Odor Eliminator Eco) to prevent and remove odors.

Pathway is not machine washable.
