Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders after they have been placed. Once an order is completed, the shipping process cannot be changed and multiple orders cannot be merged.

If you would still like to combine your orders, cancellation is only possible within 15 minutes after placing the order, before it is transferred to our logistics system.

Please contact us immediately via email at [email protected] and make sure to include your order numbers (starting with FG). Our support team will check if cancellation is still possible.

If the cancellation is successful, you can simply place a new order including all desired items, so everything is shipped together.
