Is it possible to combine multiple orders after placing them?Updated a day ago

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to combine multiple orders after they’ve been placed.

Once an order is completed, it enters the shipping process, and we’re no longer able to merge it with others. However, if you reach out to us via our contact form before your orders are shipped, we’ll be happy to check whether a cancellation is still possible.

Please make sure to include your order number (starting with #DE, #EU, or #US) so we can locate your request quickly. If a cancellation is still possible, we’ll issue a full refund, and you can then place a new, combined order through our online shop.

Please note: We can’t guarantee a successful cancellation – especially if your order is already being processed for shipping – but we’ll always do our best to support you.
