• No cash payout: Discounts are not redeemable for cash.

• Scope of promotion: Offers apply exclusively to orders placed on feelgrounds.de, feelgrounds.com, and feelgrounds.eu.

• Depending on the promotion, the discount is either applied automatically at checkout or requires the manual entry of a discount code. Please make sure to check the specific terms and conditions for each promotion.

• Promotions are generally not combinable with other discounts, vouchers, or already discounted items — unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion’s terms.

• Returns/Exchanges: Returns are mainly possible for discounted items. Please note that returns are processed as refunds only — direct exchanges are not available. You can find all return information and access our return portal here.

• For promotions with tiered discounts, the discount will be recalculated in the case of a partial return — based on the items the customer keeps. The adjusted amount will be refunded automatically.
