Please first check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation E-mail to see if your package may have been delivered to a neighbor or a nearby pickup point. In some cases, the delivery service does not leave a direct notification. Just to be safe, check with your neighbors – the package is often left there even if it doesn’t show up in the tracking.
If the tracking status hasn’t changed for more than 5 days or remains unclear, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team – we’re happy to help. To assist you as quickly as possible, please provide the following information:
Your order number (begins with #DE, #US or #EU)
The email address you used to place the order
Our team will check the current shipment status and coordinate directly with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
Why are there delays?
Possible reasons include high parcel volumes, staffing shortages at the shipping carrier, or customs clearance for international orders. We’re doing everything we can to make sure your package arrives as soon as possible.
