We offer a variety of insoles designed to provide the perfect balance of comfort and ground feel, allowing you to customize your Feelgrounds to your specific needs. These insoles are available in our shop under “Accessories”. They’re especially useful for barefoot shoe beginners, as they help ease the transition to the more minimal or provide slight dampening. Additionally, they can be beneficial for people with narrow feet or low insteps, providing a more secure fit. On colder days, insoles also offer extra insulation for added warmth and comfort.
Each insole has unique features suited for different needs. Here’s a breakdown of the options:
Insoles EVA (3mm)- Felt
The felt insole provides extra insulation, making it perfect for colder days. Its vegan felt material offers a comfortable feel and is ideal for barefoot shoe beginners or those looking for a slightly firmer, insulating insole. It adds warmth and comfort, especially in lower temperatures.
Only suitable for all Feelgrounds sneakers and boots. Not compatible with sandals and Move.

Insoles EVA (3mm) - Cork
This eco-friendly cork insole combines natural materials with excellent cushioning. Cork is especially great if you prefer to wear your Feelgrounds barefoot, as it helps maintain a healthy foot climate and will allow your feet to breathe. It provides a slightly firmer feel compared to the felt and PU insoles, making it ideal for those seeking more stability.
Only suitable for all Feelgrounds sneakers and boots. Not compatible with sandals and Move.

Cork-Latex Insole (3.5mm) – Available for a limited time
Our Cork-Latex Insole (3.5mm) is currently being phased out and will soon no longer be available. It offers softer cushioning than the Cork-EVA insole (3mm).
Only suitable for all Feelgrounds sneakers and boots. Not compatible with sandals and Move.

This lightweight PU insole features a breathable mesh upper and offers thin yet effective cushioning. They provide the option of adding a bit more comfort to your Move sports shoes for those who prefer a softer ground feel. Our cork insoles help keep your child's feet comfy and dry by letting them breathe! They're perfect for kids who are new to barefoot shoes, giving them a softer ground feel. With a 4 mm thickness, these insoles are great for adding comfort or for a snug fit on narrow or low-volume feet. Plus, they have a special size-check line to show the minimum room your child should have to wiggle their toes!

Each insole offers unique benefits, and the best choice depends on your personal preferences and needs. Some of our customers prefer felt insoles for winter and cork insoles for summer, but both can be worn year-round.
