Can I return sale items? And how can I receive my discount again when exchanging a product?Updated 4 days ago
Sale items can be returned just like any regular item. However, please note that a direct exchange is not possible. Instead, you can return the item and then place a new order.

If you'd like to exchange a discounted item (for example because you need a different size or color), we recommend the following process:
1. Submit your return through our return portal: Once your return has been received and reviewed, you'll receive a refund.
2. Please contact customer support before placing your new order: If your original purchase included a discount code or promotional offer (e.g. from the Easter Hunt, Black Friday, etc.), please contact our customer support before placing your new order. We’ll be happy to check whether we can reapply the discount to your replacement purchase.
3. Place a new order through our online shop: This ensures that your desired size or color is still available.
