We ship your shoes directly from our warehouse in Germany.

For customers within the EU (e.g., Germany and Austria), no additional fees such as taxes or customs duties apply.

Orders to Switzerland are shipped with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning taxes and customs duties are already calculated and paid at checkout. This ensures that no extra costs will be charged when your order arrives.

Please make sure to always select the correct shipping country. You can find a list of our shipping destinations in the dropdown menu that appears when you click on the country flag. On the desktop version of our website, the country selector is located in the top-right corner of the page, while on mobile devices, it is displayed at the top center.

Before finalizing your order, double-check that your desired shipping country is correctly selected.

Update for US customers (from Aug 29, 2025):
Due to the removal of the de minimis exemption, all orders to the USA are delivered duty paid (DDP), with all fees, including taxes & customs duties calculated and prepaid at checkout. This ensures a smooth, hassle-free delivery with no additional charges upon arrival.
