Direct exchanges are not available, but you can return your Feelgrounds within 30 days for a refund, provided the shoes are unworn and in their original condition. If you’re interested in a different size or color, simply place a new order through feelgrounds.com.

How to Process Your Return:

1. Email Address: Enter the email address you used for your order.

2. Order Number: Provide your order number (e.g., #EUXXXXX, or #USXXXXX – starting with #).

Important Notes:

• Full Return: If you return your entire order, we will refund the original shipping costs.

• Partial Return: For partial returns, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

• Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Through our return portal, you can conveniently create a return label or choose a shipping provider of your choice.
