Is it possible to return two orders together?Updated 11 days ago

If combined returns are allowed in your country, you can return items from multiple orders in one package by registering each return separately in our returns portal. Please use the same email address you used for your order, along with the respective order number (starting with FG).

To ensure we can process your return smoothly, please include a note inside the package clearly indicating which items belong to which order – thank you!

If you would like to use our prepaid return label, please select it for only one of the orders. For all additional orders, please choose the option “shipping provider of your choice.”

Exchange policy:
Unfortunately, direct exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different size or color, please simply place a new order via our online shop. Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
