Why do I have to pay import duties on my order to the USA?Updated 15 days ago

Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations, the de minimis rule has been removed. Unfortunately, this means all orders to the U.S. may now be subject to import fees – calculated per item by U.S. customs.

To make things easier for you, we continue to ship to the U.S. using the DPD method (Delivered Duty Paid). This means: all duties, taxes, and fees are already included at checkout – no surprise costs at the door.

If you are ever asked to pay upon delivery, please refuse payment, do not accept the package, and contact our support team. We will take care of it for you.
