Why do I have to pay import duties on my order to the USA?Updated 42 minutes ago

Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations, the de minimis rule—which previously allowed orders up to $800 to be exempt from duties and taxes—has been removed. This means that duties and taxes are now applied to all orders for our U.S. customers. These are calculated per item according to U.S. customs regulations.

To make things easier for you, we continue to ship to the U.S. on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means all customs duties, taxes, and fees are already calculated and displayed at checkout. You will not have to pay anything upon delivery.

If you are ever asked to pay upon delivery, please refuse payment, do not accept the package, and contact our support team. We will take care of it.

Please note that the processes at customs and with carriers are still new for everyone, and it may take some time for everything to run smoothly. We are doing our best to ensure that deliveries are as seamless as possible.
